Terms of Service

1. Service

EnergyWay provides birth-chart style energy mapping and optional AI-written interpretive reports. Free plan shows structural chart results instantly. Pro plan generates an AI report on our servers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the digital-consent age in your country). If you are under 18, use the service only with a parent/guardian’s permission.

3. Accounts & contact email

Pro reports may require an email address to issue a private access link. We store a hashed email and hashed token—not your plaintext address. Keep the result link to reopen the report within the retention window.

4. Plans, fees & refunds

  • Free: instant chart preview; no AI narrative.
  • Pro: paid AI report (pricing shown at checkout when enabled).
  • Because Pro content is digital and generated on demand, refunds are generally not provided after generation starts, except where required by law or if the service fails to deliver.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to break security, scrape at abusive rates, submit others’ personal data without authority, or use outputs for unlawful harassment or fraud.

6. AI-generated content

Pro interpretations are produced by automated models. Outputs may be incomplete, inconsistent, or incorrect. See our Disclaimer.

7. Intellectual property

EnergyWay branding, site software, and templates are owned by us or our licensors. You may keep a personal copy of your own report. You may not resell our service or wholesale redistribute reports as your product.

8. Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EnergyWay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for a paid order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
