You must be at least 16 years old (or the digital-consent age in your country). If you are under 18, use the service only with a parent/guardian’s permission.
Pro reports require a user-chosen lookup ID (4–20 letters or numbers) and a 6-digit PIN so you can reopen reports from Home. We store one-way hashes of the ID and PIN, plus a hashed access-token for the result link—not the plaintext ID or PIN. Keep your ID, PIN, and result link safe. You may delete a report from the Home lookup list.
Do not misuse the service, attempt to break security, scrape at abusive rates, submit others’ personal data without authority, or use outputs for unlawful harassment or fraud.
Pro interpretations are produced by automated models. Outputs may be incomplete, inconsistent, or incorrect. See our Disclaimer.
EnergyWay branding, site software, and templates are owned by us or our licensors. You may keep a personal copy of your own report. You may not resell our service or wholesale redistribute reports as your product.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EnergyWay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for a paid order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

서비스 상표·소프트웨어·템플릿의 권리는 EnergyWay 또는 라이선서에 있습니다. 본인 리포트의 개인적 보관은 가능하나, 서비스의 재판매·대량 재배포는 금지합니다.
기능은 변경·중단될 수 있으며, 무중단 운영을 보장하지 않습니다.
법령이 허용하는 범위에서 간접·특별 손해에 대한 책임을 지지 않으며, 유료 건당 책임 한도는 해당 결제 금액으로 제한됩니다.
본 약관은 대한민국 법을 준거법으로 하되, 소비자의 거주지 강제 규정은 우선할 수 있습니다.

セキュリティ侵害、過度な収集・スクレイピング、他人の個人情報の無断提出、違法・嫌がらせ・詐欺目的の利用を禁止します。
Pro解釈は自動化モデルにより生成され、誤りや不整合が生じることがあります。免責事項をご確認ください。
サービス商標・ソフトウェア・テンプレートの権利はEnergyWayまたはライセンサーにあります。本人レポートの個人的保管は可能ですが、サービスの転売や大量再配布は禁止します。
機能は変更・停止されることがあり、無停止運用を保証しません。
法令が許容する範囲で間接・特別損害について責任を負わず、有料案件あたりの責任上限は当該支払額に限られます。
本規約は大韓民国法を準拠法としますが、消費者の居住地における強行規定が優先される場合があります。

Los informes Pro requieren un ID de consulta elegido por usted (4–20 letras o números) y un PIN de 6 dígitos para reabrir informes desde Inicio. Guardamos hashes unidireccionales del ID y del PIN, más un token de acceso hasheado para el enlace del resultado—no el ID ni el PIN en claro. Conserve su ID, PIN y enlace. Puede eliminar un informe desde la lista de consulta en Inicio.
No use indebidamente el servicio, no intente romper la seguridad, no haga scraping abusivo, no envíe datos personales de terceros sin autorización ni use los resultados para acoso o fraude ilícito.
Las interpretaciones Pro las producen modelos automatizados. Pueden ser incompletas, inconsistentes o incorrectas. Consulte nuestro Aviso de exención.
La marca, el software y las plantillas de EnergyWay nos pertenecen a nosotros o a nuestros licenciantes. Puede conservar una copia personal de su informe. No puede revender el servicio ni redistribuir informes a gran escala como su producto.
Podemos modificar, suspender o discontinuar funciones. No garantizamos un tiempo de actividad ininterrumpido.
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, EnergyWay no responde por daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes derivados del uso del servicio. Nuestra responsabilidad total por un pedido de pago se limita al importe pagado por ese pedido.
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de la República de Corea, sin perjuicio de las protecciones obligatorias al consumidor en su país de residencia.
